I’m Bridget

The founder of Home Balance Collective. I grew up in Vero Beach, Florida, and helping people has always been a big part of who I am.

Both of my parents retired from the New York Police Department, and they taught me from a young age to look out for others, serve your community, and always help when you can. Those values are a big part of why I created Home Balance Collective.

My background includes working as a licensed CNA and pharmacy technician, along with being a licensed phlebotomist and extensive study in nutrition. My medical experience included hospice, memory care, and oncology, giving me experience caring for people during some of the most vulnerable and important times in their lives. Those experiences taught me how important it is to be dependable, pay attention to the details, and treat people with patience and respect.

Home Balance Collective is about much more than cleaning. I want to be a trusted local resource for your home, whether that means weekly cleaning, organizing, checking on your home while you’re away, helping seniors and their families with ongoing household needs, managing a seasonal or vacation home, helping someone new to the area get settled, preparing for a party, coordinating household projects, or simply being the person you can call when something needs to get done.

I created this business to make people’s lives easier and to build something that truly gives back. Through our Compassion Clean initiative, a portion of our work is dedicated to helping elderly, disabled, and other community members who could use an extra hand.

Vero Beach is home to me, and I’m proud to build a business here that is centered around service, trust, compassion, and community.
